• Pickup is by appointment only

• Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation

• Orders must be picked up within 5 days of notification

These bundles are %100 virgin human. They are full to ends and can be reused for about a year with proper care. These bundles only come in natural brown/black, as they can be colored and bleached to #27/30.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. For hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or offer refunds on hair once the order has been shipped.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges if:

• You received the wrong item, or

• Your order arrived damaged

For an exchange:

• Hair must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original packing

• Bundle ties must remain intact

• Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery or purchase
